In conclusion, it is now the duty of federal ministry of environment in collaboration with state ministry of environment, cooperate bodies, agencies, individual willingness in developing a minimum idea standards for living. Sanitary inspection of premises should be therefore of almost important as it helps in abatement of nuisance which exercise or may exercise a deleterious effects to human’s health in one or the other.
